Following a rigorous voting process, Prince Abiodun emerged victorious, securing over 70 percent of the votes from Nigerians, according to Jacob Akinyemi-Johnson, Chief Creative Officer/Chairman Editorial Board of Silverbird Group.
The official presentation ceremony will take place at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos State, at 6 pm.
Governor Abiodun’s nomination for the award stemmed from his significant contributions to the advancement of Nigerian society through numerous laudable projects and schemes during his tenure.
This latest recognition adds to Governor Abiodun’s growing list of accolades, including the Sun Newspapers ‘Governor of the Year’ award and the Forbes Best of Africa award in industrial revolution, both received in 2023.
