Reports suggest that gunmen have kidnapped approximately 20 commuters along the Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode Expressway, between the Area Command and Ilisan City Gate in Ogun State.
According to sources, the incident occurred on June 30, 2024, around 9:00 PM. One person was shot in the knee during the ambush, and the abducted victims were taken into nearby bushes.
The injured individual is currently undergoing treatment at Babcock Teaching Hospital.
