The Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) will officially present Certificates of Return to newly elected Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and 236 Councillors-Elect from the just concluded Local Government elections in the state.
The ceremony will take place today, Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the OGSIEC Headquarters, located in Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.
All elected officials, including the Chairmen, their Vice Chairmen, and Councillors, are required to arrive and be seated 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.
The announcement was made by Babatunde Osibodu, the Chairman of OGSIEC.
