The Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Noimot Salako-Oyedele, recently received the winners of the inaugural Ogun SaRSAC Road Safety Quiz Competition.

Highlighting the significance of the event, Salako-Oyedele stated, “This initiative highlights Ogun State’s Road Safety Advisory Council (SaRSAC)’s dedication to youth safety education, building a foundation for a generation that values road safety and actively contributes to a safer society.”

The competition, which featured quizzes and debates, was specifically designed for Junior Secondary School (JS2 and JS3) students. Participants showcased their commitment to promoting safer roads for all.

Salako-Oyedele commended the students for their efforts and encouraged them to become ambassadors of road safety. “I urge them to share what they’ve learned and inspire others to prioritize safety,” she added.

This initiative is part of the state government’s broader efforts to instill road safety consciousness among young people and ensure safer roads for everyone.
