The Ogun State Government has officially launched the Government Residential Area (GRA) Regeneration Scheme.

Under the new scheme, land is being offered at a competitive rate of ₦45,000 per square meter.
For those interested in purchasing ready-built homes, the cost of a detached house is set at ₦175 million, while semi-detached houses are priced at ₦125 million.
The GRA Regeneration Scheme is expected to attract investors and residents seeking high-quality housing and improved amenities.
The project is part of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s “Building Our Future Together” initiative, which aims to foster economic growth and enhance the quality of life for the people of Ogun State.
