Ogun State Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, recently honoured the life and legacy of the late Reverend Fola Achudume, a revered figure whose impact on the community was profound.
Representing His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON, at the memorial celebration, Engr. Salako-Oyedele spoke of Reverend Achudume’s lasting influence, particularly on women and youths.
In her remarks, the Deputy Governor highlighted the remarkable reputation Reverend Fola built over the years as a role model and mentor. “Though my personal encounter with Reverend Fola was brief, I, like many, had come to know of her through the extraordinary reputation she built over the years as a role model and mentor, especially to youths and women,” Salako-Oyedele stated.
She acknowledged Reverend Achudume’s ministry and humanitarian efforts, noting how she touched countless lives by offering spiritual guidance and tangible support.
The Deputy Governor also extended her heartfelt condolences to Apostle Lawrence Achudume, the Achudume family, and all those whose lives were impacted by the late Reverend’s work.
“May the soul of Reverend Fola Achudume rest in peace. Amen,” she concluded.
Reverend Fola Achudume was widely respected for her dedication to community service and her unwavering commitment to helping others, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire future generations.
