The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation, and Safety Corps (So-Safe Corps) have arrested two individuals, Toyeeb Yekini and Ajie Victor, for burglary and theft in a residential area. Acting on a tip-off, officers from the Ado-Odo/Ota Zonal Command, led by Mr. Tajudeen Odunmbaku, intercepted the suspects on a motorbike in Agoro community.
The Commander, Mr. Soji Ganzallo, revealed that the duo confessed to stealing a 7.5kva alternator diesel generator during a previous visit to the area. This generator was later recovered in Ilepa, Ifo Local Government Area. The suspects admitted to returning to the scene intending to steal a petrol generator before being apprehended by So-Safe Corps officers.
The arrested individuals and seized exhibits have been handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Sango Divisional Police Headquarter.
