The former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has once again responded to the invitation of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over allegations of fund mismanagement.
On Tuesday morning, Bello arrived at the anti-graft agency’s office in the company of his legal team.
This development comes after the Supreme Court’s ruling that dismissed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the EFCC’s operations in this matter.
The ex-governor drove himself to the EFCC office in a black Toyota Hilux, accompanied by his lawyers.
At the previous hearing on November 14, the EFCC requested an adjournment to November 27, citing that the 30-day period for the initial summons was still active.
